Pastoral Intern
Overview: This is a two to five year pastoral development program for men who are called to pastoral ministry or looking to explore a call. The program offers experience in a variety of pastoral functions, aids in paying for a seminary education, and provides mentorship and development. The pastoral trainee will work primarily with youth and young adults but will assist in other areas of ministry as well.

Note: This is a full-time salaried position, although a part-time option may be explored. Annual full-time salary at start of program is $50k with 50% of that fundraised. At the third-year mark of program, compensation will be increased. Fundraising training will be provided by CCB. Benefits: Health insurance is provided to all full-time staff. 3% matching retirement after 1-year of employment. 50% of your seminary tuition is covered, as well as a book stipend. We also offer continued development and training opportunities.
